Product Photography
Budget Webs also provides a commercial photographic and editing service for your business at very competitive rates. We can photograph your products and provide a professional post editing finish that is of catalogue quality. This means that not only can you use it on your website, but it could be used for any brochures, catalogues or flyers that you may want printed as well.
Alternatively, if you already have your own high resolution digital photographs but need them edited, we can manipulate them to remove or add different backgrounds or simply enhance your images overall by utilising the advanced software of Photoshop.
Can’t I just use a snapshot?
Absolutely, but have a look at the sample photos and you be the judge of which photo inspires more professionalism, appeal and emphasis to detail. A snapshot can be OK, and it’s certainly better than no photo at all, however it does suggest that you are operating on a shoestring budget, which may not inspire too much confidence in your business.

Do I really need photos?
Customers believe photos. Many women try to emulate their magazine idols even though they know that they have been “air brushed” to absurdity. Post editing does not mean that we create a silk purse from a sow’s ear (my apologies to the pig farmers and silk worms). What a good editor will do is remove undesirable blemishes, like scratched or dirty paintwork, balance the overall exposure, adjust colour shifts and highlight the product by removing any unwanted background.
A good photographer will avoid a lot of these issues whilst photographing, by careful placement of the product, attention to detail, good use of light and of course using quality equipment.

Samples
• Switch 1 and Spotlight 1 have been photographed against a seamless background without any post editing.
• Switch 2 and Spotlight 2 have had some post editing work to reduce the background colouring.
• Switch 3 has had the background removed to create a pure white background and a subtle drop shadow added in Photoshop.
• Spotlight 3 has also had the background removed to provide a pure white background and two shadows applied to give the impression of the light floating in mid air.
• Or you can choose something different with a classy (ahem!) pink background.
