· Work will commence upon receipt of $200.00 deposit
· All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.
· Balance of payment is expected immediately upon completion of all work
· 30 day refund guarantee applies only to work carried out on website and commences from the date of first publication. Guarantee is for quality of work only and does not cover search engine recognition, ranking or number of visits to website.
· Hosting and domain registration fees are not refundable
· Whilst all care is taken to check for correct spelling and grammar, it is the client’s responsibility to provide material that has been proofed to their satisfaction. Minor errors will be corrected free of charge for 30 days after publication. A minimum fee may apply for alterations after this period.
· It is the submitting client’s responsibility to provide material, be it in textual, image or data format that is not subject to any copyright infringements. Budget Webs will not accept liability for any infringements whatsoever.
· Search engine submission and keyword optimisation is provided on client’s behalf, however, Budget Webs do not guarantee search engine ranking.
· Budget Webs does not accept pornographic, racist or any offensive material for publication. We reserve the right to reject any material that we consider as not being suitable for general public viewing or promotes unethical trade practices
